Our Board
James Tannenberger
Chief Executive Officer
James is a Certified Financial Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Science and a Masters degree in Property Development. He joined Zenprop in early 2005 and became CEO in mid – 2009.
Rodney Weinstein
Chairman (Non-executive)
A Professional Structural and Civil Engineer, Rodney was a co-founder of Zenprop. He was its joint CEO from inception until 2005 and its CEO from 2005 to mid – 2009, when he assumed the role of Chairman. He has been in the real estate industry for almost 35 years, having spent 16 years as a Consultant in the multi-disciplinary project design and construction environment before moving into development and investment – his focus since the early 1990s.
Allan Mundell
Non-Executive Director
Allan is a Chartered Accountant (S.A.) who after articles spent 10 years in banking with NBS Bank (later NBS Boland Group). Allan left banking to take up a position as Managing Director of Buffet Investments, a position he continues to occupy. Buffet Investments is a property and private equity management company. He has been active on the Zenprop board since its inception.
